If you are reading this then you have managed to beat my counter.

Hopefully you will have been lucky not to get a Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT) or Pulmonary Embolus (PE) commonly know as VTE (Venous Thrombo Embolism) during my countdown to World Thrombosis Day (WTD). Sadly a number of you didn't make it to read this!

However DON'T be complacent keep up with the good work and hopefully you will see next years WTD!
